Pure Heaven is a private wellness space in Ypres. Close the door behind you and enjoy warmth, water and calm at your own pace.
The space has a heated indoor pool, sauna, infrared lounger, Turkish steam bath, jacuzzi and shower. You can also unwind outdoors.

Here are the main things to know before your visit.
When does my session start?
Your session starts and ends at the reserved times. Arriving early does not extend the end time. Between sessions, we clean and prepare everything for the next guests.
What should I bring?
Bath linen is not included. You can rent towels and a bathrobe for € 10 per person. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
Can I cancel?
Cancel by phone more than 72 hours before your session to avoid additional charges. If you cancel later, 50% of the price is due. If you cancel on the day itself, the full reservation amount is due.
What are the house rules?
- Smoking indoors is not allowed. Please shower before your session.
- Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Do not add products to the spa, sauna or pool.
- Children under 6 are not admitted.
- For hygiene reasons, we recommend removing jewellery during your visit.
- You are responsible for any damage you cause. Use the facilities at your own risk.
Where can I park?
Street parking is generally free. A space is not guaranteed; follow the local parking rules.
